This class was sort of a wild card--I didn't know what it would be like but Sarah is a great teacher and we were in good hands. We made a piece of art that represents us. We used drawing and collage and patterns to create a portrait of ourselves at that time. I enjoyed the process very much.

This is my first course with Sara and it was so different to what I thought it would be, and so great to have a new take on how to express yourself within your own art. I never thought of using collage with other mediums that could look good, or at least, as good as Sarah. My favourite bit was how she as a right handed artist, started her warm up by using her left hand.
