You’ll write two powerful letters: one reflecting on the year that just passed and another envisioning the year to come and the goals on your mind. We’ll also use the Level 10 Life assessment to illuminate your true feelings and help you identify what really deserves your focus in 2026.
This isn’t about overwhelming yourself with resolutions, it’s about getting clear on where you are and where you want to go. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a realistic picture of your starting point and a sense of direction that feels authentic to you, not what you think you “should” be doing.
Goals That Stick:
SMART Goals & Rewards

Saturday, January 10th, 2 PM CST
Let’s set goals you’ll actually achieve and make the process rewarding. In this session, we’ll dive into SMART goals and why the language you use matters. We’ll talk about tracking progress and making habit trackers work for you (not the other way around).
Here’s the secret: give yourself a reward each time you follow through. Not sure what rewards motivate you? We’ll brainstorm together! Sensory experiences, snacks, objects, games; whatever lights you up.
Rewards can celebrate daily accomplishments or big milestones. We’ll help you develop a personalized system that keeps you motivated and moving forward. Pompoms? Gold stars? Stickers? Whatever makes you smile!
Plan Joyfully:
Creating A Monthly Setup

Saturday, January 17th, 2 PM CST
Planning should be fun, not another chore. In this workshop, we’ll create a monthly setup together for February. You’ll learn how to set monthly goals, note deadlines, and identify major items that need your attention.
We’ll establish a standard operating procedure you can use each month to make planning easier and more consistent. I’ll show you examples from past setups and walk you through creating a February spread.
The key is keeping it lightly challenging but not overwhelming, we’re aiming for a flow state, not burnout. We’ll also anticipate obstacles, plan for low energy days, and brainstorm solutions so you’re prepared when life gets messy.
From Planning to Doing:
Execution Tips

Saturday, January 24th, 2 PM CST
We’ve done the planning, now let’s talk execution. This workshop is packed with practical tips to help you actually get started on your goals. We’ll explore strategies like using timers, habit marriages, “eating the frog,” and breaking down big projects (how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!).
The emphasis is on small steps and minimizing decisions in the moment. We’ll talk about setting specific times for tasks, creating morning and evening routines, and using art challenges to keep improving without decision fatigue.
And here’s an important one: body doubling and not trying to do it all alone. You’ll walk away with actionable strategies to bridge the gap between planning and doing. It’s time to start getting stuff done!
Digital Detox:
Clearing Your Mind

Saturday, January 31st, 2 PM CST
It’s time to clear out the mental junk and make space for creativity. In this workshop, we’ll explore practices like morning pages, brain dumps, and the “list of 100” to help you declutter your thoughts and make room for fresh ideas.
Here’s the truth: boredom is great for your creativity. Don’t fill every moment with consuming content. We’ll dive into the concept of a digital detox and look at how much time you’re actually spending on your phone or device (we’ll walk through checking this together!).
Then we’ll explore practical ways to cut back: setting timers on apps, hiding distracting apps, using grayscale mode after bedtime, enabling do not disturb, turning off notifications, and more. Your creativity will thank you.
Celebrate Progress:
Review & Keep Going

Saturday, February 7th, 2 PM CST
It’s time to review, reflect, and celebrate how far you’ve come. In this final workshop, we’ll check in on your goals and the systems you’ve been building. How are you feeling? What’s working? What needs adjustment?
Remember: this isn’t about big, grand transformation; it’s about tiny steps and momentum. We’ll celebrate the progress you’ve made (yes, even the small wins!) and set you up to keep going strong.
We’ll also plan on sharing ongoing progress in the Fox Den throughout 2026, so you’re not doing this alone. You’ve built something sustainable, now let’s keep it going!
