I enjoyed this class very much. Flowers have always been difficult for me and the way Shelby approached the shading was very helpful to me. I like the format and the length of the class very much.

The tutorial was interesting. Despite having a good signal, the replay was really blurred again. This seemed to be worse when I used the full page - it was clearer as a smaller image. I really don't know why. I would have found it useful to see the reference picture on screen throughout.

Many great tips for how to produce shadows in your watercolor painting.Also how to do a watercolor paint scale.. Glad to have that knowledge. Different from a color pencil scale. Thanks!

This gave me some great ideas for painting shadows, rather than just smudging on a bit of grey! Interesting to use some of the colour of the object in the shadow - looks very effective. Unfortunately, the video was very blurred, even though I heard Shelley say it would be clear.
