Was a nice, personal glimpse into Shelby's Level-10 process. It allowed for some great conversation in the chat with other participants.

An interesting way to take stock of life changes and progress on goals. It's cool to see it on the page, illustrated. An honest look at a helpful check-in.

Loved the "off the cuff" format and seeing the process. I didn't work along, but took notes for future reference if I do want to try this out.

Shelby takes us on an intimate journey of self reflection and assessment using goals made in January. It's more than just writing them down and putting them in an obscure pile. Creating a beautiful chart to use as a measurement and fleshing out your thoughts regarding each goal helps you commit to the changes you want to achieve.

Hal and Shelby are 10 out of 10

The concept from Hal Elrod's book "Miracle Morning" is one I am familiar with, having read the book and am pleased that Shelby has too. It is a useful and informative concept with the course going into the process of creating the spread and going deeper, via journal prompts to know ourselves more. It's more proactive than it sounds and very practical to help yourself improve at life.

This was a good exercise to help get focussed on what really is a priority in my life. Just doing a fast list of 10 Categories gave me insight into a long-term issue with my art that I hadn't been able to previously articulate. Now I can better address the issue and hopefully improve this area of my life.
