This was a lovely short little workshop! I really enjoyed how you demystified the bounce lettering. Figuring out when to bounce and how far to go has always been tricky for me, but this really simplified it and made it clear by first showing the rules of lettering, and then how to break them. Super fun class, really enjoyed it.

Everything in the video was beneficial. The repeated encouragement to allow ourselves to make mistakes. Perspective is everything. If, instead of immediately feeling depressed because the attempt didn't turn out perfect - we should choose rather to ask ourselves, "What did I learn?" When we do, a mental paradigm will immediately shift from failure to just one more step toward success!

I really love the bounce style of lettering because it doesn’t have to involve a brush pen (my secret nemesis) but I thought it would be so hard.
