Engagement, Kindness and Curiosity: The Foxsy Way to be an Artist

So much good stuff covered here. From the practical tasks to the state of the mind, Shelby does a good job at covering all the bases in simple terms we can all relate to. Enjoyable and educational, it was great to have others input as well and it felt like being with like minded friends! A great starting point as well as a reminder of how to go and keep going forward in our creativity!

Missed most but plan rewatch later this evening but what I did catch was excellent info. Needed to be reminded of being. Being present and opening my eyes (ears, nose, etc) to the world around us.

This class was INCREDIBLE. I have been struggling and stuck in a consumption spiral for weeks and feeling really not great. This class was EXACTLY what I needed to hear. Shelby REALLY touched on so many great ways to observe things around yourself. How to pay attention to what you are seeing, feeling, hearing, etc. So many times, you forget to pay attention to the small things around you. I can't wait to take the ideas from this class and implement them into my life each day. I truly feel like it will help me feel BETTER and more in touch with my inner artist. 🙂
