Class Description:

Layers are an essential aspect of watercolor painting, and this class will demonstrate the effect of building up gorgeous, colorful-rich designs one layer at a time. We'll create a funky blob bookmark together that's not just a practical keepsake, but a beautiful demonstration of what layering can do.

You'll walk away with a finished bookmark that you can stick in your favorite novel and the knowledge that layering is one of your new favorite watercolor techniques.

Supplies You'll Need:

Watercolor paper cut to bookmark size
Watercolor paint
Paint brushes
Masking tape
Two jars of water
Rag or paper towels
Optional: heat tool
