Foxsy offers a 30-day, full refund guarantee for all memberships purchased on our website. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may cancel your membership through your Dashboard. After canceling your membership, please contact our support team to finish processing your refund.

Annual memberships will not be refunded on a pro-rated basis after the 30-day period is over.

Discounted membership levels will be lost once they are cancelled. You will not receive the same discounted pricing if you choose to resubscribe in the future.

If you choose to cancel your membership after the 30-day refund period is over, your membership will remain active until the end of your paid period.
