December 1, 2025 at 9:45 pmMy favorite lettering is called Gothic or Blackletter. I love how it looks so fancy. It’s even better when the page starts with an illuminated letter. I would love to see some classes on making them either on paper or in Procreate!

December 2, 2025 at 2:40 pmOooh yes! It looks so magical, doesn’t it? I especially like those styles when there is just a bit of ink splatter.
I currently have my eye on these scrumptious pens that are perfect for the job!

December 11, 2025 at 11:07 amI tend towards print and script, but not brush lettering. I don’t love serifs (I love the look, but hate drawing the serifs!). I love sharp, harsh angles on letters but am enjoying adding flourishes to some letters. I did like the banner class to add something special!

December 18, 2025 at 5:23 pmI felt the same way about serifs for a long time. I just didn’t want to get all caught up in those extra strokes! Eventually what helped me understand serifs and have fun with them was Italic, or Flat Nib calligraphy. I linked the class below!
