To start implementing the Level 10 Life method and seeing how my life changes over time!
So bad at following up on my own goals! One or two days and that is it! But now I found one which sticks for 4 days now and does a lot of good for all the thoughts that spook in my head. Now doing the morning paper routine. Just writing everything down helps. 1 A4 page in 15-20 min. With my morning tea 😉
Excellent work, Ria! It takes time to get it down, but it works when you keep trying. I hope you’re enjoying your morning writing!
