    So bad at following up on my own goals! One or two days and that is it! But now I found one which sticks for 4 days now and does a lot of good for all the thoughts that spook in my head. Now doing the morning paper routine. Just writing everything down helps. 1 A4 page in 15-20 min. With my morning tea 😉
