Happy accidents and watercolor surprises
Watercolor has a mind of its own sometimes, doesn’t it? What are some of your favorite “happy accidents” or unexpected results that turned out beautifully?

Our orange cat adopted us and demands attention often. My daughter named him Cheese Bagel (I do not know why…..everyone in the family just accepted it without question for some reason).
He likes to sit in my paint sometimes when he feels he is not getting enough attention. One day he walked through my blue paint mixture and his footprints travelled across a small piece of my watercolor paper I had as a scrap piece for testing colors out on. The result looked really cute and I ended up using it as my bookmark for almost a year until I lost it when I moved into our current home.

A very distinguished gentleman!
As I type this, my cat, Korra, is trying to get my attention and love bombing me. If I don’t give her my full attention, she’ll target the many pencil jars on my desk and start throwing them on the floor. (Aaaand now she’s kicked out of my office lol).
Here’s a pic of the menace herself. She’s the reason all my palettes have hair in them.
