I consider this as an essential class as it covered a lot of relevant information that is relatable, doable and also supportive. Easy to understand as well as facing our own individual issues, Shelby tells us her own story as well as reassuring all that there are solutions. As always, loved seeing her work and previous art being used to make a point.
